transit — do not run it . Email admin@brkrops.ca and we'll investigate.

Notes
On the choice of CA: this installer is signed by Certum ,
a Polish CA operated by Asseco Data Systems out of Gdańsk, under EU law and the eIDAS regulation. That's a deliberate
decision — using a non-US certificate authority avoids binding BrkrOps™ Inc. or its customers to the US
CLOUD Act surface area, which matters to public-sector and regulated buyers. Compatibility-wise it's a non-event:
Certum roots have shipped in every Windows install for over two decades, and SmartScreen reputation accrues to
the certificate identity regardless of which CA issued it.
